As you can see it is a viable option to earn some points. There are other categories like gas and groceries where your spend might not get you the furthest with this card but when it comes to redeeming them I will show you why I love this card.
Other Benefits
Each, cardmember anniversary you will receive a $50 hotel credit if you book through the Chase hotel portal. We will talk more about this benefit later in another post.
You will receive DashDash Dasspass for 12 months when you activate it by December 31, 2024.

Final thoughts
Overall, I think the Chase Sapphire Preferred is one of the best starter travel cards on the market. As mentioned in my previous post you need a Sapphire product in order to transfer to partners which is how you can get the most value out of the card so it is a keeper card.
